30-Day Free Trial & Money-Back Guarantee
At NinjaWeb, we’re confident in the quality of our hosting services. Here’s how our policy works:
- Australian Residents: All standard hosting packages come with a 30-day free trial. You can cancel anytime within the trial period at no cost.
All Other Customers (Non-Australian Residents): You’re covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days and we can’t resolve the issue, you’ll receive a full refund.
Important:
This free trial and money-back guarantee apply only to standard hosting packages. It does not cover domain names, VPS, dedicated servers, cloud servers, or any other non-hosting services.
Payments
- The customer is solely responsible for all charges and fees related to their account.
- Renewal invoices are issued 7 days prior to due date with a final reminder sent 2 days before. Ensure your registered email is always up to date to avoid missing notifications.
- Timely payment is required. Unpaid services may be immediately suspended or terminated. A 30% late fee will be applied to overdue invoices. Domains expire the day after their due date—renew at least 48 hours in advance to avoid disruption.
- If your service is suspended due to non-payment, you must notify us after payment is made. We will aim to restore services within 24 hours, if possible.
- Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard. Prices are subject to change with advance email notice. Changes apply upon renewal of services.
- You must be authorized to use the payment method provided. If you are not the cardholder, both you and the cardholder accept full liability.
- Any chargeback attempt or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of all services until resolved in our favor.
Over-Usage Policy
We monitor resource usage regularly. If you approach or exceed bandwidth or other limits, you will be notified. Automatic suspension will occur without a prior agreement in place. Upgrading to a higher package is usually the most cost-effective solution.
Shared hosting accounts must not be used for:
- Batch processing
- Video encoding
- Web crawling
- Archiving or online backups
- Any high-CPU or disk usage activity not related to web hosting
Such activities are permitted only on VPS or dedicated servers. NinjaWeb reserves the right to implement security measures to protect server stability.
If your site is resource-intensive or likely to cause high usage, please contact us to discuss suitable solutions.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Terminations
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. Dedicated server cancellations require 15 days’ notice.
- Shared hosting accounts may receive account credit for full unused months.
- Refunds for prepaid VPS and dedicated servers are at management’s discretion and only if an irreconcilable service issue occurs.
- Breach of terms will result in immediate termination without refund.
- Setup fees are non-refundable.
- All disputes must be submitted in writing via one of the methods listed on our [Contact Page].
Client Conduct
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward NinjaWeb staff will result in immediate termination.
- Mention of legal action during communication may result in the cessation of phone support. All future communication must be via email or support ticket.
- If we believe another provider would better serve your needs, we reserve the right to terminate your service with 30 days’ notice, including a backup of your data where possible.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring your data is “server-ready.” NinjaWeb is not responsible for verifying its accuracy or format.
- Basic technical knowledge is expected. While we provide support, we do not train clients on using web technologies.
- We do not control or validate your content unless it violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- We reserve the right to monitor network compliance.
- You agree to cooperate with any reasonable investigation. Failure to do so may result in service suspension.
- We may disconnect any website or server deemed a security risk.
- Opening multiple accounts to bypass limits is grounds for termination.
- We make no guarantees regarding uptime or speed, but we will limit our liability to the value of the service during any downtime.
Termination Rights
Termination of your account due to breach will not release you from payment obligations accrued up to that point. Any setup fees remain non-refundable.
Changes to Account or Services
We may:
- Update usernames/passwords as part of system maintenance.
- Migrate your account to improved hosting infrastructure, with prior notice and no disruption to your service.
Support & Emergency Contact
Support is provided via email, support tickets, live chat, and phone. For security and compliance, all account changes must be requested via support ticket or email from your registered address.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a service agreement, or have a parent/legal guardian act on your behalf.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and NinjaWeb. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms upon renewal.
